FAILED asylum seekers have been told they are allowed to work despite 2.5million jobless Brits struggling on the dole.


A court ruling means 45,000 migrants who should have been deported can legally work.


The Home Office tried to block the EU directive but, after 12 months, the decision went in favour of migrants.

Sir Andrew Green from MigrationWatch said: “It is no service to genuine refugees to make the asylum system more open to abuse.”


Meanwhile, 100,000 new homes will be needed every year to house foreigners if immigration rates stay the same. That is 40% of all new build properties.
